The Three Rivers Optical Exchange will update route announcements and filters between 7:00 am and 8:00 am (Eastern), Tuesdays and Fridays. No updates will be made on Carnegie Mellon University holidays; however, during the holiday season special arrangements can be made. All requests must be received by 10 am, three business days prior to the update windows. Emergency update requests will be passed along to PSC management for approval.

Please note that PSC can not always expedite routing updates, since various service providers have different procedures.
